Fruitful Founders is a Christ-centered pre-accelerator program designed to help entrepreneurs develop and demonstrate the fruits of the Spirit in both their personal and business lives.
Supported by mentors, ministries, and individuals who affirm the importance of helping the light of Christ shine in the marketplace, and to walking alongside Christian entrepreneurs who endeavor to carry that light with them as they do business.
What This Program Is
Fruitful Founders is a pre-accelerator program designed to help businesses owned by Christian entrepreneurs build, or rebuild, a solid foundation before taking steps commonly associated with accelerated growth.
Sometimes this involves new growth. Other times it means responding wisely to disruption or loss, including:
- Starting a new business
- Seeking lending or investment
- Adding a business partner
- Pivoting to a new market or operating model
- Relaunching after a period of closure (fire, flood, etc.)
- Adjusting to the loss of a partner
- Adjusting to a significant life change (divorce, illness, etc.)
Guiding Beliefs & Principles
- Biblical instructions apply to work and business, just like every other area of life.
- Ministry happens in the marketplace as well as in the church building.
- Mentorship and discipleship are related practices; both are valuable and needed.
- Character and competence should be pursued and refined together.
- Stewardship applies to time, talent, and opportunity — not just treasure.
- Money is not evil; the love or admiration of money is.
- Healthy trees and vines produce fruit.
- Branches that are pruned bear more fruit.
- Christians should count the cost of business endeavors - financial, relational, and spiritual - and avoid paying a cost that is too high.
How and Why It Works
Fruitful Founders combines an online, app-driven curriculum with practical and hands-on learning tools while mature Christian mentors with advanced business and business ownership experience provide guidance and perspective.
Mentors help entrepreneurs examine how business plans and decisions reflect biblical wisdom and how those decisions demonstrate the fruits of the Spirit to employees, customers, partners, and communities.

Still, the real strength of this program is the mentorship and the truth that God’s Word does not return void.

Current Status
Fruitful Founders is currently in development. All major components have been built independently and are now being assembled into a unified online experience for users, mentors, and administrators.
